Development Director
For 40 years, Project Self-Sufficiency has empowered single parents to build lasting economic stability through education, career development, and community support. We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Development to lead fundraising, donor engagement, and philanthropy efforts that advance our mission and impact across Northern Colorado.
This senior leadership role works closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, donors, and community partners to ensure long-term financial sustainability and organizational growth. The ideal candidate brings experience in nonprofit fundraising, major gifts, donor stewardship, and team leadership, along with a passion for helping families create brighter futures.
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 plus competitive benefits.
