This August, Project Self-Sufficiency is partnering with Jessup Farm in Fort Collins for Kindness Matters Month, a community-wide hygiene drive benefiting local single-parent families. For nearly 40 years, Project Self-Sufficiency has helped parents in Larimer and Weld counties achieve economic independence through education, career training, advising, and family support services. Donations of essential hygiene products help ease financial strain and allow families to focus on building brighter futures. Most-needed items include diapers, Pull-Ups, laundry detergent, dish soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, body wash, lotion, and feminine hygiene products. Every donation makes a difference. Together, we can help local single-parent families move from surviving to thriving while showing that kindness truly matters.
