Supporting Single Parents in Weld County

In 2026, Project Self‑Sufficiency will serve 30 single parents in Weld County, helping them complete education, advance careers, and move off government assistance toward lasting economic independence. To meet this need, we must raise $386,000—including $114,000 for wrap‑around supports like housing, transportation, and childcare, and $272,000 for intensive case management that keeps families on track. These investments provide the stability families need to succeed.

A pie chart titled "Disbursements of Funds by Participants" showing Housing & Utilities 46%, Household/Groceries 14%, Transportation 13%, Other 12%, Tuition/Educational Supplies 8%, Child Care 6%, and Children’s Activities & Supports 1%.
